Service Description
Can't make it to the gym? No problem. Take our personalized approach home or on the road with online sessions. Some equipment necessary. Classes take place via Zoom. Must meet conditions to a qualify. **Book your 60-minute follow up sessions directly through your practitioner. Once you have had your initial session, you'll know your suggested program and be able to work it into your schedule. Reach out for more information.
Cancellation Policy
Payment due at time of service. CANCELLATION POLICY - We require a minimum of 24hr notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule. In the event you do not attend your scheduled appointment, without adhering to the cancellation policy, you will incur a 100% payment fee for the session. This policy ensures other clients are able to access our services rather than being put on a waiting list or turned away. By booking this session you agree to Cancellation Policy.
